Well, it's full on SUMMER! PRETTY DRESS WEARING SEASON IS HERE! I love to wear dresses in the summer and on one of my many searches I found Elyse oRiGiNaLs and really fell for all her funky dresses.

Innovative Designer elyse marino founded this business due to an intrisic love for clothing design. Though Elyse had been designing & sewing since 1998, she hadn't focused her complete attention on fashion until early 2007.

About the Artist/Designer

Elyse Marino, born June 30th, 1978, was raised in the congested state of INSANITY... err... New Jersey. With a strong inclination towards music & the arts, Elyse excelled throughout her schooling in these areas. In 1998, while studying Music Theory & Fine Arts at the esteemed Mason Gross School of Arts at Rutgers Universirty, she began sewing dresses by hand. Eventually, with the help of her birthday and mother's generosity, a designer was born with a new basic Singer Sewing Machine. In the first several months of designing, she gifted many friends & relatives with handmade items. Subsequently, she took her skill on the road, vending at countless fesivals, concerts & street fairs. She continued her art by creating original handbags of all shapes & sizes. Selling at stores and fairs in the area, She enjoyed success. However, she ceased this avenue due to detesting the commercial retail market. She enjoys conversing with her customers directly. Currently, Elyse sells her items through her website www.elyseoriginals.com , on ebay, at several boutiques around the USA and now on etsy.

Upgrading her equipment, Elyse now employs a Pfaff Expressions Sewing Machine and a Babylock Imagine Overlock Machine (serger).Elyse moved to beautiful California in 2001. She takes great pride in her work & infuses her soul into every creation. She knows that you'll enjoy your unique piece of wearable art for years to come as much as she enjoyed creating it.
