Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics launched in November, 2004 with just two lip balms, cult-favorites Tarred & Feathered. I really like reviewing Cosmetics and I was fortunate to be sent Samples of Lip Tar from Obsessive Compusive Cosmetics .
These are definately fun colors. If your really into your lip color and want it to last all day, this is the Lip Tar for you! It glides on super smooth, super thick and covers the lips satiny smooth. This goes on like gloss but is a very powerful lip color at the same time!!!
